Two types of asset tags
We supply both barcode and QR code tags in aluminum or polyester, depending on the environment and durability your assets need.
Barcode Asset Tags
Cost-effective and compatible with standard scanners. Best for indoor environments where tags are unlikely to face extreme heat, chemicals or abrasion. Scanning requires a direct line of sight and a reader device.
QR Code Asset Tags
Higher data capacity, holding URLs, serial numbers and full descriptions. Readable with any smartphone or dedicated scanner. Built-in error correction means partial damage does not prevent a successful scan.
Aluminum or polyester? Our anodized aluminum tags are 0.5mm thick and built for both indoor and harsh outdoor or industrial conditions. Polyester laminated tags are lighter and suited for assets like mattresses and carpets. We will advise on the right choice when you share your asset list.

Pre-tagging verification
We count and categorise your assets before printing any tags. This gives an accurate quantity and tag type estimate so there are no surprises mid-project.
Tagging and data capture
Our team physically attaches each tag and scans it on the spot. We record description, location, custodian, condition, model, serial number and a photograph for every item.
Register delivery

Pricing scales with volume. The more assets you have, the lower the cost per tag. All service tiers include data capture and asset register delivery.
